Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, Instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, these include custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Our guarantee to you is that all of the products that you buy from us are of the highest quality. If ever you aren't satisfied with the quality of the product we will replace the product concerned without question.
Any requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of receipt of the order. Delivery charges are not included in any refund policy and the customer is responsible for the costs of returning any goods, unless otherwise decided by Surplus Electrical Equipment.
If you decide that you don't wish to keep your purchase for some other reason then our 7-day refund guarantee applies. Our 7-day refund guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item, unopened and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Any items returned after the 7 days will subject to a 30% restocking fee there include Breakers only. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. Please note that Surplus Electrical Equipment reserves the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 7 days unless they are faulty.
Please also note that Generators, Switchgear, Transformers or any special custom ordered products can not be returned or refunded we do not offer refunds on these products.
One year Warranty on Breakers, Transformers and Switch Gear from the date of Purchase.
