Shipping policy

• When placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that Surplus Electrical Equipment has received your order.
• Within 2 business days, you will receive a second email letting you know that your order is on its way.
• On average, packages take between 2 to 5 business days to arrive at your door in Canada.
  
• On average, packages take between 5 to 9 business days to arrive at your door in USA.
• Shipping for Generators is not included in the purchase price and customer is responsible for there own freight and shipping

If you haven’t received your package based on the estimates we provide, please contact us and we will provide a delivery deadline and then offer a solution. Your shipment may be delayed for many reasons. Common delays can be due to public holidays, extreme weather or backlogs of shipping provider
